How it works
Our Executive Coaching package comprises of a Psychometric at the start providing a 360 diagnostic view of an individual’s leadership, supported by a 2-hour debrief to gain insights from the report and the associated development priorities. This is complemented by a further six 1-to-1 coaching sessions of 60 – 90 minutes in duration.
Sessions can be delivered face to face or virtual.
1-2-1 Executive coaching includes:
- Psychometric 360 + Debrief – 2 hours
- 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions per person (60-90 mins each)
