A mission to improve lives through leadership
LIW has its beginnings in Sydney, Australia, where we opened our first office in 1995. We started with a sense of excitement and purpose to transform leadership in the corporate world (and ultimately help people to enjoy and get more from their experience at work).
Since then, we have expanded to become a truly global business. We have worked with over 300,000 leaders in 21 countries, and our awesome group of 80+ experts are spread across APAC, EMEA and the Americas.
Our purpose remains clear: We are passionate about improving people’s lives by transforming their experience of work through leadership. Leadership at all levels is required for organisations to realise their goals, attract and retain the best talent, innovate to remain relevant, and create environments for people to thrive. This means we need “leadership – not just leaders”.
