Founded in Sydney, Australia in 1996, we've grown into a truly global leadership development consultancy, empowering over 300,000 leaders across 26 countries. Their role is to ensure the program exceeds your expectations, driving meaningful and lasting impact and delivering on the LIW "high-impact, low-maintenance" promise.
  • Learning Experience Designer
    Your LIW Learning Experience Designer partners with you to custom design a development journey that resonates with your context, engages your people, and aligns with your goals. Our team is particularly skilled at experiential design that maximises your participants' development experience. They ensure the program is tailored to your needs and designed for lasting impact. With a focus on measurable outcomes, they work closely with you to track and assess the program's progress, ensuring that it delivers meaningful and measurable impact.
  • Project Manager
    Your LIW Project Manager is the backbone of bringing your program to life. An essential member of the team, they work seamlessly with you, adapting to your preferred ways of working. From scheduling participants and instruments to coordinating materials and logistics, your Project Manager ensures everything runs smoothly, wherever your people are in the world.
