This month, the Enterprisers Project, a community of technology leaders, suggests re-evaluating our view of remote working and see the opportunities to build authentic relationships and real collaboration without working face-to-face. McKinsey research supports this and proposes new leadership practices that will enable high performance while working remotely. They remind us that purpose should guide our decisions and that partnerships need nurturing to ensure we share vision and values. HBR defines ‘Organisational intelligence’ as the key to business success and BCG defines a new leadership paradigm: head, heart and hands to meet the new challenges of a complex and fast changing world.
