Teams that learn together, perform together

July 15, 2021

Sometimes the answer is closer to home than you think. Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, discovered this when it put its own high performing teams under the spotlight and used the learnings to improve performance in 10 senior teams elsewhere in the group.

Team acceleration process

The 10 senior teams went through a ‘team acceleration process’. Team leaders were coached and worked together to identify and share the high performing teams’ strengths and best practice. They also used Squadify to track their progress.

The results were phenomenal, including a 50% increase in team alignment.
