It has been a huge year – transformative, exciting, accelerating but also tragic, challenging and draining. The experience of these times – in fact, all times – is highly individual.

What does this mean for leadership?
It is easy to assume that everyone feels the same as we do in this situation.
Uniting and accelerating teams is vital and it’s also important to be able to shift the focus outward to the system and inward to individuals and their own unique line on the chart.
