As a Project Administrator, I provide administrative support to Program Managers, Clients, and Associates, serving as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of project management endeavors. My responsibilities cover a diverse array of tasks aimed at optimising project efficiency and success. This includes meticulously managing and updating data and information within Project Management platforms, spearheading Lead Generation initiatives, Onboarding new facilitators, and crafting and refining surveys and reports. Beyond traditional project management duties, I also lend my expertise to the Finance Team, generating and lodging invoices on essential portals such as Xero, Oracle, and Ariba. My skill set extends further into the area of creative thinking and design, as I leverage platforms like Canva, MS Word, and PowerPoint to enhance project presentations and materials.

Initially, I began my professional journey as a Human Resource Associate and then transitioning into the Business Process Outsourcing industry where I served as a customer service representative for a Financial account. Subsequently, I honed my expertise further as a Program Control Service Associate, where my responsibilities closely mirrored those of my current role as a Project Administrator at LIW. In this capacity, I provide administrative support to our Human Resource counterparts in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring smooth project operations. In my most recent role as a Real-Time Analyst in another BPO company, I demonstrated my ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Starting as a Customer Service Representative, I swiftly ascended the ranks to become a Quality Analyst within just three months. In this role, I meticulously evaluated, monitored, and assessed the quality of service provided by our representatives. After less than a year, I transitioned to the role of Real-Time Analyst within the Workforce Management team. Here, my primary focus was on driving the workforce to meet client expectations and achieve target metrics, while also serving as a liaison between stakeholders by providing real-time updates on attendance and performance through the creation and updating of reports.

Working as a Project Administrator at LIW brings me satisfaction in knowing that I get to support the Program managers in thier client engaements. There's a sense of fulfillment in streamlining processes and providing support that enables the team to focus on their core responsibilities more effectively. Additionally, I find great joy in being able to apply my creative skills to my work like creating or updating presentations and updating newsletters.

I'm not one to assume what others might think of me but I do ask for feedback so I'll understand what's working well and gauge any room for improvement. My previous manager once told me that he was amazed by how hungry I wanted to learn and grow, that I am independent and that I was able to call the shots in his absence. He also said that I can easily adapt to changes and is open to innovative things which it easy for me to fit to company's needs.
