My most recent chapter was with Accenture, where I served as a Managing Director in the Technology business, overseeing operations for global Telecom clients. Before that, I spearheaded the North American P&C Insurance business with strategic prowess and a focus on achieving ambitious business goals. Throughout my journey, I've led diverse teams at scale, with my last portfolio encompassing 3000 talented individuals. As a passionate business leader, I've championed numerous initiatives centered around Leadership, Business acumen, and Inclusion & Diversity. I've anchored programs aimed at nurturing talent, fostering internal mentorship frameworks, and driving gender diversity initiatives, among others. In the realm of mentoring, coaching, and facilitation, I've honed my craft over the past decade. My approach revolves around empowering mid and senior-level executives to leverage their strengths, tap into internal motivation, and enhance their competencies to drive impactful outcomes and advance their careers. As a facilitator, I've had the privilege of delivering Leadership Development programs across India and overseas, covering a wide spectrum of essential skills including Strategic Thinking, Change Management, Influencing & Relationship Building, Consulting Skills, and Executive Presence.
Facilitating leadership development journeys, particularly with mid to senior-level leaders, is where I find the most fulfillment. It's an opportunity to engage in both formal and informal conversations, fostering diverse perspectives and facilitating rich learning experiences. Witnessing the growth and transformation that emerges from these interactions brings me immense gratification. Coaching senior-level leaders adds another layer of joy to my work.
