I have worked in the Leadership Consulting and Development field for over 20 years. This has given me access to a wide range of Industries.

Some Industries I have worked in include Health, Technology, Higher Education, Construction, Local State, and Federal Government, Pharmaceutical, Utilities, Transport, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Law firms, and the Judiciary.

I am passionate about the work that I do in Leadership, particularly in facilitating workshops. I enjoy working with the energy and curiosity of leaders from all levels within an organisation and how they learn from each other and engage with the material being delivered. I bring energy and enthusiasm into the room to make sure the learning is both interactive with moments for self-reflection. I also get much joy from coaching individuals in one-to-one sessions. Deep listening coupled with challenging questions to help the coachee do their best thinking and find insights is very rewarding.
