With a foundation in HR and Marketing management, I have navigated diverse industries, bringing a unique perspective to each challenge I encounter. My corporate career includes impactful roles at renowned organisations such as Rolls Royce Aerospace, Harrods, and IBM. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership qualities, steering teams toward excellence and fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture. In my consultancy/facilitation work, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of industries, including finance, IT, retail, construction, legal, and the public and charity sectors. This diverse exposure has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of different business environments, allowing me to tailor solutions that align with the specific needs of each client. Whether it's facilitating workshops or providing coaching, I am committed to empowering individuals and organisations to reach their full potential and promote healthy workplace cultures.

Delivering workshops or coaching new managers is an immensely enjoyable and rewarding experience, as it allows me to play a pivotal role in shaping the professional journey of individuals and contributing to organisational success. These interactions provide a platform to instill positive change within individuals and teams. It's immensely rewarding to guide new managers in adopting effective leadership styles, fostering a positive work culture, and improving team dynamics, ultimately contributing to a thriving and motivated workforce.

Some key elements that underpin my style are a non-directive coaching approach, inclusive collaboration in workshops, insights from neuroleadership, positive psychology, and cognitive science.
