I have 30+ years of experience in leadership. Firstly as a leader in the military, public, and corporate sectors and secondly as a leadership and team development consultant, coach, and facilitator across industries such as Technology, Finance, Public sector, and Construction as well as working with Small and Medium Enterprises.

I love working with groups of leaders to awaken their self-awareness and challenge their perceptions of what's possible in order for them to lead themselves and their teams more compassionately and effectively. I also enjoy facilitating teams to create and execute a team vision that stretches their thinking in order to elevate what they think could be possible for themselves, their business, and their customers. I also enjoy creating workshops and programs that combine personal, leadership, and team development

My Philosophy is that everyone can be more than they think and that individual strengths can be discovered and optimised through a willingness to be curious, brave, and experiment. When individuals do that they elevate those around them and everyone benefits. I like to take an approach that encompasses Awareness, Insight, Experimentation, Learning, and Review.
