Brian S. Szepkouski

In terms of my organisational and industry background, I bring a wealth of diverse experience to the table. As the Global Head of International Public Relations for Tiffany & Co. in New York City, I had the privilege of shaping the brand's global narrative and strategic communications efforts. Additionally, my role as Vice President/Corporate Officer for Daido Hoxan Inc., a Japanese multinational based in NYC, provided me with invaluable insights into cross-cultural leadership and global business operations and served as a spokesperson for the American subsidiary. Prior to that, I served as a Marketing Manager for Heliopower, a pioneering company in the solar and renewable energy sector, under the umbrella of American-Standard Inc. in New Jersey. This experience equipped me with a deep understanding of sustainability practices and innovative marketing strategies within the renewable energy industry. I serve as an executive coach for leaders in medical/pharmaceuticals, asset management/banking/financial sectors, also corporations in the following industries: insurance, high-end luxury goods, professional services, transporation (airline/automotive), consumer goods, and high-tech (electronics/computer components). Having lived and worked in Japan for 6 years, I speak conversational Japanese, and lead intercultural workshops for businesses expanding in East and SE Asia, and expatriates moving abroad. I also work with intact teams interacting with Asian partners/subsidiaries or HQ to increase individual and organisatioinal effectiveness.

Executive Coaching and Facilitating Global Workshops represent the work I most enjoy. I have a true passion for inspiring individuals to reach their highest potential. I am also passionate about helping leaders access their inherent potential, demonstrating empathy, and trust in others, and communicating with clarity and integrity. I am certified in a number of personal assessment tools, most notably the ExPI which provides results in the area of EXECUTIVE PRESENCE - which is also a focal point of my coaching. I coach leaders from director up through the C-Suite.

My work is rooted in the psychology of emotional intelligence and influence as well as current research on mindfulness practices that produce a high degree of self-awareness.
