In terms of my organisational and industry background, I bring over a decade of diverse leadership experience in HR and Organisational Development roles within large international companies. Throughout my 12-year journey, I've had the privilege of working across a wide spectrum of industries, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. My professional footprint spans across pharmaceuticals, advertising, food (including renowned companies like Danone), luxury goods, alternative and traditional energy businesses, non-profit organisations, banking sectors, digital and e-commerce realms, strategic consultancies, aluminum-copper, and metal industries, as well as packaging (including TetraPak) and premium alcohol spirits sectors.
I love experiential programs that help the team to develop from forming, storming, and norming to high-performing. In addition, individual leadership coaching to leverage the individual's impact on others. I passionately love what I do and I draw on my strengths empathy, attentive listening, drive and achieve formerly defined results, and speaking the truth when it is needed to support the development of others.
Alongside my various studies and educations, I have selected the most valuable methods and models and have built my own wealthy treasure tools box from which I choose at the moment what is the one that fits best the client's needs.
