Since 2007, I've had the privilege of working in Brazil and the USA as a trainer, Coach, and Consultant, specialising in Organisational Culture, Leadership Development, and Conscious Business programs. Throughout my journey, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with esteemed clients such as AngloGold Ashanti, Dufry, Grupo Pão de Açucar, HP, Oracle, Tate & Lyle, Tetrapak, and Tim Brasil. With over 15 years of business experience, I've served as both an Entrepreneur and an Executive in Corporate Education companies. I've managed projects for a diverse range of clients, including the Accor Group, Carrefour, Coca-Cola, EDS, IBM, Praxair, Sul América, Shell, and many others. My areas of expertise include organisational culture transformation, leadership and management development, team dynamics, and emotional intelligence.

My life's purpose is to inspire people to create prosperity and happiness in the world. Over the years, I've dedicated myself to specialising in mindset shifts—transforming beliefs and values—and facilitating behavior change to empower leaders, teams, and organisations to achieve new heights of success.

My work is underpinned by a blend of methodologies, theoretical foundations, and philosophies aimed at unlocking the full potential of individuals and organisations. As a Certified Coach from Axialent and a Human Synergetics LSI Accredited Consultant, I leverage these frameworks to delv into the intricacies of human behavior and organisational dynamics. Furthermore, my training as a Certified Trainer (Master/Wizard) in Emotional Intelligence, Belief Management, and Self Leadership Workshops from Star's Edge International equips me with innovative tools and techniques to foster personal and professional growth.
