Dan Meek

As the CEO of LIW, a global leadership consultancy with over 25 years of experience, I lead a passionate team of professionals on a mission to improve lives by transforming people's work experiences through great leadership. We partner with organisations across various sectors and regions to deliver measurable impact through high-impact, low-maintenance, and scalable leadership solutions.

With a background in sales, business solutions, and customer relationship management, I have a strong focus on understanding our customers' ever-changing goals, opportunities, strategies, and challenges and evolving our solutions and customer experience accordingly. I have spent almost my entire career in organisations that provide development solutions - from the early days of e-learning (back then, it was laser discs and CD-ROMs!) through to my absolute favourite - LIW and Leadership Development. I love the opportunity and intersection of solving significant business problems (or opportunities!) with the development of individuals, teams and groups.

In a sentence, "improving lives by transforming people's experience of work through leadership." I love not only what we do "in the program" but also the impact it has on the people around our participants (in their teams, families, and beyond). Working with our team and our consultants also brings me joy, as we are a values-aligned bunch of people who all thoroughly enjoy what we do and why we do it. We continuously challenge each other to grow and try new things - so the development isn't just for our clients, it's for us too!
