With a background in the telecommunications industry across the UK, US, and Australia, I bring fifteen years of experience in various team and organisational leadership roles. As an organisational development and leadership development consultant, I've spent the past decade immersed in the realms of consulting, instructional design, facilitation, and executive coaching. My journey has allowed me to work with diverse teams and organisations, helping them navigate through challenges and unlock their full potential. I have global experience working across a broad range of industries and organisations. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of industries and organisations, both locally and globally. Some of the notable companies I've collaborated with include Telstra, Nbn, Sanofi, Salesforce, NTT, Mirvac, and CSIRO.

What I love most is engaging in program-based development projects that align closely with organisational strategy. These projects are like orchestrating a symphony, with multiple touchpoints for development, including diagnostic tools, workshop facilitation, team coaching, and individual coaching. What truly excites me about these projects is the opportunity to witness the tangible growth of individuals and the significant impact on the organisation as a whole. It's incredibly rewarding to see how individual development translates into organisational success and measurable outcomes.

The foundation of my work is in self-determined development, drawing upon the principles of Positive Psychology and Situational Leadership research. I believe in empowering individuals to take ownership of their own development journey, recognising that true growth comes from within. By leveraging the insights from Positive Psychology, I aim to cultivate a mindset of resilience, optimism, and well-being among leaders and teams. Additionally, I integrate the principles of Situational Leadership to tailor my approach to the unique needs and circumstances of each individual and organisation. This flexible framework allows me to adapt my coaching and development strategies to the specific challenges and opportunities at hand.
