My experience spans various sectors, including the public sector where I served as a counselor and trainer at the Ministry of Defence, promoting psychological wellness among soldiers and ministry employees. Transitioning to the private sector, I joined Human Dynamic Asia Pacific as an Employee Assistance Program Consultant and Regional Manager, offering EAP services to clients in high-stress, fast-paced industries. Driven by a passion for personal and professional growth, I established Empowered Choices, my own practice dedicated to providing coaching and facilitation services. Through a focus on mindset, emotions, and behavior management, I empower individuals to maximise their potential and performance. I take pride in my ability to connect with participants at different leadership levels and from diverse cultural backgrounds. With facilitation experience in 12 countries and proficiency in virtual platforms like MS Teams and Zoom, I've successfully conducted sessions worldwide, fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments. Throughout my career, I've worked with key industries such as banking and finance, energy, government, pharmaceuticals, recruitment, and technology, among others. Each experience has enriched my understanding and honed my skills in driving meaningful change and transformation.

My purpose in life is to empower others to make choices that truly benefit their personal and professional lives. I want to have a positive impact on others by maximising their potential and performance. Hence, it gives me great joy and satisfaction when I meet my purpose and vision through coaching and facilitating people leaders on their personal effectiveness and leadership as their impact can be exponential when they are more effective in what/how they think and act.

As a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I adhere to the ICF code of ethics and competencies, ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and respect in all client interactions. I believe in a client-centered approach that prioritises the unique needs and goals of each individual or organisation. By utilizing different coaching models and frameworks tailored to the client's situation, I empower them to explore, reflect, and take meaningful action towards their desired outcomes. In my practice, I embrace a systemic approach that considers the interconnectedness of individuals, teams, and organisations within their broader context. Through Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), I help clients navigate complex relationships and dynamics, fostering collaboration, alignment, and growth.
