Prior to becoming a leadership consultant, I held Sales/Marketing roles in financial services in the UK and Europe. After studying psychology, I moved into Learning and Development and Leadership Development roles in retail, banking, insurance, and NGOs, leading teams of trainers, designers, and administrators. As a facilitator, I have worked with countless organisations in wide-ranging industries such as financial services, insurance, government at all levels, education, health, utilities, technology, and construction in Australia, Asia, US, UK, Europe, and Africa.
I am so lucky to do a job I love - working with leaders and teams to unleash the greatness that lies within us. That moment in the conversation when someone suddenly has a light bulb moment either about themselves, their colleagues, clients or organisation is magical. This is what drives me to continue developing people and their capacity to find fulfillment through their work.
My approach to helping individuals and teams work effectively involves inspiring and challenging them to become the best they choose to be. I create an engaging, energetic, and fun learning environment based on trust and safety which allows learners to reflect on their own experiences, discuss insights with their colleagues, and identify how best to apply their new skills to help them continue to grow. I employ innovative, experiential learning activities based on neuroscientific research which allows learners to solve their workplace challenges.
I am thrilled to be part of LIW because it brings together a team of highly professional individuals who are deeply committed to the success and development of our clients. What attracted me most to LIW is our holistic approach to learning, which is grounded in solid scientific research and enriched by diverse experiences with clients worldwide.
While I take the development process seriously, I also infuse a sense of fun and enjoyment into our sessions. I believe that laughter and lightheartedness can enhance the learning experience and foster stronger connections among participants. That's why participants describe me as an engaging and challenging facilitator who creates a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
