As a senior leader spanning 25 years’ of experience across multiple functional domains in Information Technology, Government, and Financial Services, I leverage my strengths within strategic planning, leadership development, sales, enterprise change, executive coaching, and workplace transformation to deliver sustainable outcomes. My Leadership Consulting, Executive Coaching, and Facilitation experience has been widely practiced within the areas of Human Resources, Organisational & Leadership Development, Strategic Transformation & Organisational Change, Program Management, and Business Operations.

I am driven and most motivated by being able to positively impact the lives of others. As an Executive Coach, Facilitator, Enabler, and Advisor, I work with individuals, teams, and leaders on mission-critical initiatives that transform business outcomes and workplace cultures.

For the past 20-years, I have incorporated LIW's Organisational Leadership Architecture (OLA) into all of my work. This forms the basis for establishing clarity upfront and aligning the business behind what matters and why. My overarching philosophy is that people perform to their highest potential when they believe their contribution will make a difference. Workplaces that focus on balancing business results with employee engagement and well-being, in turn, set the highest standards in the marketplace.
