My journey spans across a wide spectrum of industries and organisations, including insurance and financial services, engineering, manufacturing, construction, FMCG, government, mining, hospitality, social services, police, and telecommunications, as well as professional services.

In my coaching and team facilitation roles, I wear multiple hats – acting as a champion, challenger, and cheerleader as needed. I bring a diverse array of methodologies to my consulting, facilitation, and coaching practices. With qualifications in applied neuroscience and Humanistic coaching, I am passionate about using innovative methods that foster insight and drive action. One such method I employ is the Lego Serious Play methodology, which I find particularly effective when working with individuals and teams. In addition to my professional expertise, I am deeply committed to men's mental health and suicide prevention, bringing a keen focus on well-being to all my engagements. I leverage a range of diagnostic tools, including MBTI, DIC, LSI, TLC, Hogan Personality/Values, and LBA2, among others, to support individuals and teams in their growth and development journeys.

What drew me to LIW is their accessible and pragmatic approach to democratic leadership, which resonates deeply with my genuine and authentic nature.
