In my career journey, I've had the privilege of working across a diverse range of industries and leadership roles, both as a consultant and an internal business leader. As a consultant, I've delved into sectors such as Aerospace, Transportation, Medical & Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Legal, Government, Education, High Tech, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and Finance, and with esteemed firms like Accenture and Deloitte, as well as not-for-profits. This wide-ranging experience has enriched my understanding of organisational dynamics and challenges across various sectors. I've had direct leadership experience in many sectors, as a sales manager, product manager, and business manager, gaining valuable insights into operational intricacies and team dynamics. I have led large design and facilitation projects for Fortune 500 clients, including Dell Technologies, Intel, Medtronic, and Shire Pharmaceuticals. These experiences have honed my ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and deliver impactful solutions tailored to diverse organisational needs.

In my journey as a leadership development consultant and coach, I find the most joy in three key areas:

Designing Experiences:

I thrive when I'm immersed in the creative process of designing experiential learning opportunities for leadership development. The process of crafting innovative learning experiences brings me immense satisfaction. I love the element of surprise that comes with discovering new approaches and perspectives and witnessing the impact these experiences have on individuals and teams.

Working with Leaders at All Levels:

My greatest fulfillment comes from working with leaders who are dedicated to enhancing their self-awareness and leveraging their strengths to inspire and support their teams. I find joy in guiding leaders as they cultivate energy, inspiration, empathy, and support for those around them, ultimately leading to exceptional results.

Introducing and Building Skills for Dialogue:

Facilitating dialogue and helping individuals and groups explore their thoughts, challenges, and opportunities is where I feel most alive. I'm passionate about making visible the underlying patterns that hinder and foster success, empowering individuals to make conscious and strategic decisions for themselves and their organisations.

In my approach to leadership development and coaching, I am guided by a profound belief in the innate desire of all individuals to live fulfilled lives in alignment with their deepest values and aspirations.

"You are discerning...you see through complexity/confusion and know what is essential."

"Thank you, Glenna, for your skill in creating a safe container ... and thank you for your wonderful heart that was always present and very much open. I know this allowed us to listen in another way, with the ears of our own hearts."
