Jo Ruston

I began my career in Learning and Development back in 2005 and have since been on an exciting journey, gaining vast experience and expertise in design, delivery, project management, coaching, and stakeholder management. I've worked across several industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, professional services, not-for-profit/charity, and pharma.

I love working with individuals and teams who are committed to a brighter future but can't see the wood for the trees! Tapping into people's strengths, passions, experience, and wisdom and seeing this take them toward breakthrough possibilities is both exciting and hugely rewarding.

I naturally challenge assumptions and look for possibilities, and this is the approach I bring to my work. I'm definitely an ideas girl! First and foremost, LIW is a collection of authentic, intelligent, and committed individuals. With a global presence, they understand their clients, distill the complicated, and provide powerful insights that drive grounded action. Furthermore, they are innovative, creative, friendly, and fun... who wouldn't want to work with them?!

I prioritize relationships and get to know people as people, not as job titles, working to build quick connections. By bringing an element of fun, I create a safe space for participants to be authentic, open, and bring their true experience. This is where the magic happens.
