My journey began with 10 years as a systems analyst at Control Data, where I gained valuable insights into the intricacies of technology systems and operations. Transitioning into leadership roles, I spent 15 years as a country manager for Korea, representing renowned global IT companies such as Imprimis Technology, Seagate Technology, Intel Corporation, and E2open. These roles equipped me with strategic vision and the ability to navigate complex business landscapes. In addition, I served for 2 years as Chairman of the Korea Foreign Company Association, where I honed my skills in fostering collaboration and driving initiatives to enhance the business environment. Drawing from over 19 years of consulting and facilitation/coaching experience, I've had the privilege to work across a wide array of industries including IT, electronics, telcos, finance, investment, insurance, chemical, pharmacy, civil engineering, construction, digital marketing, law firms, motor companies, media, retail industry, transportation, and the public sector (government).

What truly fuels my passion is guiding executives on their journey to enhance leadership capabilities, interpersonal skills, and business acumen, propelling them towards top management roles.

At the core of my methodology is the principle of lifelong learning. I embrace the idea that every interaction, experience, and challenge presents an opportunity for growth and development. Through coaching, I facilitate a journey of self-discovery and exploration, empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve their goals. My theoretical basis draws from a blend of coaching philosophies, including humanistic psychology, positive psychology, and strengths-based approaches. I believe in the power of positivity and resilience, guiding individuals to harness their strengths, overcome obstacles, and cultivate a mindset of possibility and growth.

I am drawn to working with LIW because I've come to realise that traditional facilitation and coaching methods may not always be sufficient for executives to sustain their growth journey. LIW stands out because we offer meticulously prepared frameworks and content that executives can depend on to support their development.

My approach is centered on fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where individuals feel empowered to explore new possibilities and unlock their full potential which is why my participants often describe me as a coach who is genuinely invested in helping executives change and grow.
