My background has equipped me with valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities that leaders face in different sectors. Additionally, I have over 30 years of experience in facilitation, specialising in leadership development, cross-cultural management, team building, and presentations/communications workshops. Having conducted workshops in 16 countries across the Asia Pacific region, I understand the nuances of diverse cultures and work environments. This extensive facilitation experience enables me to create engaging and impactful learning experiences that resonate with participants from various backgrounds and levels within organisations.
