As an Associate Learning and Development Specialist with LIW, my focus is on designing learning experiences that bridge the gap between theory and real-world behavioural change. I partner closely with our clients to translate complex organisational challenges into clear, engaging solutions that align with their unique culture and strategic goals. My work is informed by over 25 years of experience across a diverse range of industries including the Australian Public Sector.
I'm most energised when I work with clients to take a concept from a blank page to a finished product. My strengths are in collaborating with clients to interpret their needs and build the behind the scenes design concept and resources required to deliver a meaningful learning experience.
My approach is grounded in the fundamentals of adult learning and the practical application of neuroscience to drive long-term behavioural change.
What I enjoy most about working with LIW is the focus on each client's unique needs and the constant opportunities to grow and learn with our clients and colleauges.
My colleagues appreciate my willingness to have a go at any new challenge. I'm known for my positive attitude and knack of 'joining the dots' to make sure different pieces of a design project fit together.
