Julie Lo Certo

As a Project Manager here at LIW, my passion is the smooth and efficient delivery of our services to a diverse range of clients. With my primary focus always on the customer, I bring my organisation and problem solving skills to every engagement, and from beginning to end, I care about every detail so our clients don't have to. In my role, I place great emphasis on establishing trust and fostering strong relationships with our clients. This extends beyond simply delivering results, it is about understanding each individual client's needs and consistently exceeding expectations, while at the same time, bringing a sense of fun and enjoyment to every partnership.

I have been part of the team at LIW for more than 10 years. During that time, in addition to working with many of our clients, my critical thinking and project management skills have been instrumental in integrating and customising several of LIW’s business management solutions, bringing even greater efficiencies to the delivery of LIW services. With nearly 15 years of international buying and merchandising experience, my background is in retail, Based initially in Sydney and then in Hong Kong, I was responsible for developing and implementing category strategies to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for the global customer. Later in my retail career, I was part of a buying team that partnered with several major international fashion brands to establish a series of in-store boutiques across Asia.

I love being part of the LIW global family! It is a joy to work not just with our team, but to partner with our client teams as well, and I truly value the strong relationships we have built with our clients, many of whom we have worked alongside for a number of years. It is hugely rewarding to support our participants in their development, ensuring they have the clarity and resources they need and can simply focus on their learning journey.
