I have over twenty years’ experience as a facilitator, coach, and organisational development professional. I work with leaders at all levels in a range of industries including finance, insurance, technology, health care, retail, education, government, and professional services, throughout Asia-Pacific to support development and performance at an individual, team and organisational level. I have a strong business development and leadership background having held management and director positions while based in Hong Kong and was a strategic business partner focusing on organisational development for a large multinational organisation based in Sydney. These roles required challenging leadership styles and driving engagement to deliver on major transformational change.

I love facilitating leadership development and coaching skills programs for leaders, working with teams to create high-performance, as well as coaching individuals on a 1:1 basis. I am passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential and developing coaching capability in leaders to help create engaging and effective workplace cultures where everyone is seen and valued. I have had the opportunity to co-create and facilitate residential leadership programs which have been truly transformational for the participants. I draw on my international experience, cultural awareness, generalist human resources background, and expertise in organisational and personal transformation to deliver outstanding results my clients.

My facilitation style is dynamic and inclusive. Programs are designed using adult learning theory, are based in neuroscience, and include all four aspects of human learning: thinking, doing, feeling and structured purposeful reflection. I ensure learning is relevant by seeking to understand and acknowledge participants’ experience and creating dialogue to deepen the impact of the learning journey. My coaching clients are encouraged to build awareness and gain insights into personal strengths and to navigate through potential barriers to success. Through supportive and challenging conversations clients are empowered to make courageous choices and find the determination to bring them to fruition. I am equally proficient facilitating and coaching in-person or virtually and across diverse cultural backgrounds.

I choose to work with LIW because they embody quality and impact in everything they do. The solutions we create make a real difference in the lives of individuals and organisations. What sets us apart is not just our expertise, but also our genuine passion for our work. The people at LIW are not only professionals but also incredibly approachable and easy to collaborate with. My approach is both challenging and supportive, pushing participants to reach their full potential while providing the guidance and encouragement they need along the way. I am committed to achieving tangible outcomes and results, ensuring that our efforts translate into meaningful progress and growth. Thinking about what my participants have said about me, they would describe me as someone who is approachable and easy to relate to, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for growth and development. I strive to maintain a high level of professionalism while also being down-to-earth and relatable, building trust and rapport with each individual.
