With over two decades of enriching experience, I am a seasoned coach and facilitator dedicated to unlocking the potential of leaders. During my tenure as the Head of Talent, Leadership, and Learning at Allens law firm in Sydney, I honed my skills in nurturing leadership excellence. Prior to that, I held pivotal roles in learning and talent management at esteemed institutions such as CBA, Linklaters, and a UK-based consulting firm specialising in behavioral change. Since 2015, I have embraced the journey as a freelance consultant, relishing the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse array of clients. From telecommunications to financial services, pharmaceuticals to property, and from legal to entertainment and government sectors, I have traversed various industries, nurturing relationships and championing the growth of individuals, teams, and organisations. My approach is in fostering inclusivity, innovation, and fun, ensuring that every engagement is infused with a sense of warmth and collaboration. I am passionate about guiding leaders towards their fullest potential, providing them with the tools and insights they need to shine brightly in their professional journeys.
I experience joy every time a leader experiments with new ways of thinking and being that supports them and their teams to be better than they were before. Being a psychologist, I'm drawn to the human side of organisations and seek to develop human-centric solutions that draw upon our ever-expanding knowledge of behavioural science and neuroscience I bring passion, a positive energy, a solutions-focus, and a warm, relationship-based approach to all that I do.
As a psychologist, it's important to me that the advice I offer to others is grounded in evidence. I'm an avid consumer of behavioural science and neuroscience research, always thinking about the implications for the leaders I work with. I relish packaging the science into practical ideas and forums in which individuals can safely experiment with new approaches. I believe in working with the whole individual (not artificially dissecting work and the rest of life) and that everyone has the potential to be more and contribute more if they choose to - my role is to support clarity of thought, build confidence and be an unfailing cheerleader.
I am thrilled to work with LIW because their mission resonates deeply with my own: enhancing lives through leadership. What drew me to LIW is not just our purpose but also our approach - a delightful fusion of earnest commitment to driving positive change with an understanding that the path to growth can be vibrant, enjoyable, and marked by unforgettable moments.
My participants often describe me as positive, energetic, and skilled at making the complex simple. I strive to create an inclusive and engaging environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. As an expert in my field, I am committed to helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential in a fun and innovative way.
