As a Learning Designer with LIW, my role spans the design and development of client programs and ongoing product innovation. In our client work, I partner with clients to understand their needs and design solutions that will build the leadership capability in their organisations. I then translate those solutions into detailed facilitator guides, slides, and resources that enable our facilitators to deliver a high-impact experience for the target audience. Our client work fuels the ongoing product innovation for LIW. We are always looking to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our solutions, so a significant part of my role is focused on research and experimentation around the best practice in leadership development and staying up to date on the challenges facing organisations today.
I have over 14 years experience in learning and development, with a particular focus on instructional design. Over five of those years have been focused on the design and development of management and leadership development programs for different levels of leaders. I've designed solutions for organisations across a broad range of industries, including finance, professional services, the public sector, retail, hospitality, IT, and vocational education. Focused on using the best delivery medium for the situation, I am experienced in designing facilitator-led experiences (virtual and in-person), e-learning, self-paced learning journeys, learning nudges, performance support, and train-the-trainer materials.
What brings me the most joy and satisfaction in working with LIW is the opportunity to work with and learn from a team that is passionate about creating great experiences and real business impact.
My team would say I am innovative, dependable, clever and I know how to quickly interpretate clients requirement.
