I've had the privilege of serving as an internal business partner, external consultant, independent coach, and bilingual facilitator for over 25 years, with experiences spanning across Japan and the U.S. Throughout my career journey, I've immersed myself in various industries, including biotech/pharma, financial services, information technology, management consulting, and education, bringing a wealth of knowledge and insights to the table.

The work I love doing the most involves coaching executives and next-generation leaders to maximise their global leadership effectiveness while staying true to their authentic selves. There's nothing more fulfilling than guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery and growth, helping them unlock their full potential as leaders.

In my work as a leadership development consultant and coach, I draw upon the principles and practices of Personal Leadership, which represents a distinctive fusion of leadership and intercultural theories. This approach enables individuals to navigate difference, uncertainty, and change with clarity and confidence, fostering resilience and adaptability in both personal and professional transitions.
