Kerry Gibbons

My role as a Project Manager at LIW is wide-ranging and no two days are the same! I provide expert project management for a variety of leadership and internal programs. Leading and planning the development of some of our key client leadership development programs means ensuring that everything is in place from contracting, through to resourcing and implementation, billing, and everything in between. Internally, I help with our Marketing and Communications strategy, filling the role of "scrum master" in our agile Sales and Marketing team.

I have a proven background in event management, having worked for Johnson & Johnson as part of their Marketing team for 6 years, planning and executing large-scale medical conferences on their behalf, and also securing their presence at the industry's key annual exhibitions on a worldwide scale. I have also worked for a private equity-backed firm running their Marketing events which focused on networking and recruiting board-level individuals to PE-backed businesses across all major industry sectors. I have the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously and my finely-honed attention to detail enables me to support all processes and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.

I love working with LIW. I believe in the company's purpose and I'm strongly aligned with our values. I feel cherished and highly valued as a team member. The work that I do plays to my strengths, yet I have the opportunity to develop and grow. I have always been well mentored and supported through difficult times at work and I hope that through my work, we can share some of what we have in our team with other teams in other organisations.
