In the past 12 years, I've served as a principal consultant, executive mentor, coach, and facilitator, specialising in designing and implementing strategic, cultural, and marketing projects. My focus has been on optimising individual influence, enhancing performance, and fostering effective transformation by identifying and addressing business and personal blind spots, leading to breakthroughs in personal and team performance. With over 15 years of general management experience spanning diverse cultures and industries, I've held key leadership roles. As CEO, I successfully led three companies within a large American private group, expanded business operations in China, and maintained crucial government relations. Additionally, I represented a renowned Swedish financial enterprise in establishing a joint venture and growing its presence in China. Furthermore, I served as CEO for a leading local group company, playing a pivotal role in its listing on Nasdaq, a first in its industry. In the early stages of my career, I served as a diplomat at the Chinese Embassy and consulate in Canada, gaining valuable insights and experiences that have shaped my approach to leadership and organisational development.

In my career journey, I've had the pleasure of facilitating sessions with a diverse range of companies. Drawing from my extensive management and leadership experiences across various industries and organisational levels, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to the table. What I love most about my work is witnessing the transformative power of structured thinking. In my practice, I draw upon a phenomenology-based facilitative method, coupled with a negotiation mindset and strong coaching skills. With a negotiation mindset, I help individuals navigate complexities and conflicts, fostering win-win solutions and collaborative outcomes. My coaching skills further complement this approach, allowing me to guide individuals toward their goals, unlock their potential, and navigate personal and professional challenges with confidence and resilience.
