With over 5 years of experience L&D and 20 years of experience developing leaders, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to develop impactful solutions for our clients and partners. I have a passion for leadership development, learning and performance. I have successfully launched, built, and exited an L&D tech startup, Change Republic, where I designed and developed a digital platform, a community of learning designers, to bring the right people together to create modern leadership experiences. I have led and developed successful client partnerships both in Australia and internationally, with external partners like Google, top-tier enterprise clients, and high-growth businesses. I value helping clients build leadership capability and HR and L&D teams to achieve their goals. My personal style is inclusive, collaborative, and engaging. I focus on listening, creating clarity, and solving problems that allow you to scale the leadership development experiences to make your business effective and leave a lasting legacy in your people’s lives.
Josh Bersin says that only 25% of leadership programs are considered high value by their companies. I love helping our clients create programs that fall in that 25%. To do that well we need to create programs that help people change their behaviour and to align their programs with the leadership behaviours that make a difference in your business. It might sound a bit scripted but I am really fascinated by how we can do that for each and every client.
