Over the past 13 years, I've facilitated leadership programs and provide coaching to thousands of senior and mid-level leaders worldwide. I've worked with diverse private and public sector organisations across all continents, working with people from a wide range of cultures. My experience extends to supporting senior leaders and leadership teams running complex large-scale emergency relief operations. I currently work with senior leadership teams in the Middle East and Africa who are leading some of the largest and most humanitarian operations in the world. My consulting experience spans across a wide array of industries, including professional services, media, banking, technology, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and many more. From state governments to international humanitarian organisations, I've had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique challenges and opportunities.

Before diving into the world of Leadership Consulting, I embarked on a journey that led me through 3 years in Finance and 12 years in the software industry. My pivotal moment came during my time at PwC Australia, where I spent 9 years transitioning from a technology specialist to a leadership consultant and executive coach. This transformation wasn't just a career shift; it was a profound journey of self-discovery that challenged my sense of identity. Embracing tough feedback and engaging in courageous conversations, both personally and professionally, became integral to my growth. Through this process, I've developed a deep sense of empathy and compassion that is essential when guiding others on their path to embracing new, more enriching, and effective ways of leading. My approach blends the Inner Game and the Outer Game of leadership, weaving together authenticity, compassion, and pragmatism
