I bring a wealth of experience to the table, having served as an HR Director and senior leader in the recruitment industry. My journey extends beyond borders, as I've consulted with sales and software development organisations on a global scale. As a Coach Trainer for ICF accredited programs, I've had the privilege of imparting knowledge and expertise to aspiring coaches. My passion lies in executive coaching, where I've had the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders worldwide, guiding them on their leadership journeys.

I enjoy being a provocateur for learning. Learning is what keeps us creating, growing and feeling alive. Organisations and individuals need time to reflect and find opportunities for growth for their own wellbeing, their performance and the impact that we each have on the world and those around us. Being able to challenge and change perspectives and to help other be more empowered to bring the best out of themselves and others keeps a smile on my face and a spring in my step.

My approach to leadership development is eclectic, embracing a philosophy where what works, works. As a lifelong learner, my curiosity fuels an ongoing exploration to expand the models that underpin my work.
