I have worked across a broad range of industries including financial services, energy and natural resources, telecommunications, higher education, emergency services, construction, engineering, legal, professional services, public health, pharmaceuticals, state and local government, and community and for-purpose sectors.
I have a deep curiosity about what sparks the passion and commitment of people to do their best work. I enjoy working with people to clarify what matters most, and what’s possible for the future. I am able to respond at the moment to adapt and address the issues at hand and keep the conversation inclusive, compelling, and relevant. Some of my best work is when I’m pushed to my edge of competence while staying authentic in my role. I am also fascinated by what enables a deliberate learning culture and how that contributes to engagement, performance, innovation, and growth.
My principles for facilitation and coaching are based on respect, invitation, and choice. I use a mix of methods, including strength-based, narrative, gestalt, systems thinking, and organisation dynamics, focusing on individual, team, and organisational outcomes.
With LIW, I found the team to be fun, easy to work with, and generous in spirit. I choose to work with LIW because of the collaborative and supportive team of global professionals.
I also understand at a practical level how organisations and job roles work to help individuals get their expertise used, achieve performance goals, positively influence others, and deliver organisational outcomes. It's probably the reason why my participants have described me as engaging, insightful, and supportive, enabling them to be even more effective in achieving their goals.
