In terms of my organisational and industry background, I've had the privilege of gaining leadership experience at various levels, starting from my tenure at British Telecom where I served as both a first-level and mid-level leader. My journey has been diverse, spanning across multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, building services, financial services, FMCG, IT, telco, and professional services.

One of the aspects of my work that I find most fulfilling is facilitating groups. There's a unique energy that emerges when a group comes together with a shared purpose and dynamic. I thrive on harnessing that energy to create engaging and productive environments where everyone feels valued and heard. I particularly enjoy working with participants who are enthusiastic about learning and developing their capabilities. Witnessing their growth and transformation is incredibly rewarding for me. Whether it's frontline team members or mid-level leaders, I am passionate about supporting individuals at every level of an organisation to reach their full potential. Another aspect of my work that I cherish is coaching leaders who are committed to their own growth and development. When leaders come to coaching sessions prepared and willing to invest in themselves, it creates a space for meaningful exploration and growth.

In my work, I strongly believe in creating a psychologically safe environment where participants feel empowered to fully engage and pursue their learning objectives. I see it as my responsibility to foster a space where individuals can authentically "show up" and explore new ideas and skills in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. My approach is grounded in pragmatism and supportiveness. At the same time, I strive to cultivate an environment where individuals feel encouraged to take risks, share their perspectives, and learn from one another.
