In my journey, I've worn many hats, including that of Director HR at Spice Inns Ltd and senior management roles in Marketing and Procurement within the FMCG industry. My experience extends beyond the confines of one sector. I've delved into the realms of finance, pharmaceuticals, consulting, technology, FMCG, and education through consulting, facilitation, and coaching.

My passion lies in the transformative power of working closely with individuals and small teams, guiding them through a journey of self-discovery and growth. I thrive on designing creative processes that ignite inspiration and open up new possibilities. Connecting with people on a personal level is what drives me. I find immense joy in helping individuals uncover what truly matters to them and facilitating meaningful conversations that lead to positive change. I believe in the power of authentic connections and strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels heard and valued.

In my approach to coaching and facilitation, I embrace a diverse range of methodologies, philosophies, and theories that reflect the complexity of human experience and growth. While I draw inspiration from various sources, there isn't a single framework that defines my work. One philosophy that resonates deeply with me is the paradoxical theory of change, as articulated by Arnold Bessier. I believe that true transformation occurs when individuals embrace and embody their authentic selves, rather than striving to become someone they are not. This philosophy forms the foundation of my coaching practice, encouraging clients to explore their innermost truths and align their actions with their core values. As an integrative coach and facilitator, I adopt a holistic approach that considers the entirety of the individual or system. I combine and adapt multiple processes and methods to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. By integrating diverse perspectives and techniques, I create dynamic and personalised experiences that foster meaningful growth and development.

In all honesty, what draws me to work with LIW is the incredible people – my colleagues. They embody qualities that I deeply value: support, intelligence, integrity, challenge, and even humor. Every interaction with them leaves me feeling inspired and motivated.
