With over 18 years of executive coaching experience, I've had the privilege of working with senior executives across various sectors including banking and finance, public service, not-for-profit, professional services, telecommunications, and media. Before my executive coaching career, I worked in executive search, recruitment, outplacement, and HR management within the financial services realm. This diverse background has provided me with a profound understanding of different organisational cultures and systems, allowing me to grasp their impact on staff at all levels. I have acquired post-graduate qualifications in counseling and psychology, culminating in managing my private psychology practice for several years. My background equips me with a deep comprehension of the intricacies of human behavior. Additionally, I conduct supervision sessions for coaches, individually or in small groups, further enriching my approach. I take pride in supervising some of Australia's top coaches, which adds another layer of depth to my coaching approach.

I love working one-on-one with coachees because it allows me to help clients uncover their real strengths and go from "good to great". Building strong connections is where I thrive, as I believe in the power of collaboration and teamwork. My strength lies in fostering strong and supportive relationships with others, creating a safe space for exploration and growth. Curiosity is at the core of my approach, and I'm always eager to ask insightful questions. I have a natural inclination to see the best in people and I am naturally optimistic.

In my coaching practice, I embrace a strengths-based approach, blending it with evidence-based research and methodologies drawn from appreciative inquiry, positive psychology, narrative coaching, and mindfulness. I believe in leveraging individuals' existing strengths and positive attributes as the foundation for growth and development. Drawing from various disciplines such as appreciative inquiry and positive psychology allows me to cultivate a culture of optimism, resilience, and empowerment within the coaching process.

The collaborative and supportive culture at LIW fosters a sense of belonging and encourages innovation, making it an ideal environment for driving positive change and development which is why I chose to collaborate with LIW because their values strongly resonate with my own.

My participants appreciate my pragmatic approach to coaching and leadership development and have found it supportive and encouraging. They often describe me as approachable, warm, and down-to-earth. Many have mentioned that I have a knack for asking thought-provoking questions that inspire deep self-reflection and lead to transformative change.
