In my journey, I've traversed diverse landscapes within various industries, accumulating valuable experiences along the way. My passion for fostering inclusive environments led me to spend eight years facilitating gender diversity and inclusion leadership programs, particularly tailored for women in financial services, utilities, and consulting firms. With a robust foundation built over 25 years, I've steered my own leadership coaching, facilitation, and consulting practice.

I find my greatest joy in facilitating and coaching individuals and teams is to unearth insights that foster both personal and professional development.

At the core of my work lies a vibrant blend of purpose, passion, curiosity, trust, and a coach mindset. I believe in the power of purpose to drive meaningful change and inspire growth in individuals and organisations alike. By igniting the flames of passion and fostering a culture of curiosity, I strive to create environments where learning and development thrive. Trust forms the bedrock of all my relationships and interactions. I believe in cultivating trust through open communication, authenticity, and empathy, creating spaces where individuals feel safe to explore, experiment, and evolve.

I chose to work with LIW because of the fantastic people, the engaging global projects, and the opportunity to leverage all my skills and qualifications in a flexible work environment. LIW provides a platform where we can support individuals and organisations to reach their highest potential while enjoying the journey together.
