Throughout my corporate journey, I've had the honor of leading teams across various departments including operations, sales, public relations, and Customer Excellence in both North and Latin America. It's been a fulfilling experience to conduct executive coaching and deliver training sessions focused on global leadership development and the integration of multicultural, multifunctional teams across continents.

I've had the privilege to work with organisations spanning diverse industries such as technology, pharmaceuticals, automotive, manufacturing, medical, energy, and NGOs, among others. This exposure has allowed me to gain valuable insights into different sectors and tailor my approach to meet their specific needs. Whether facilitating in English, Spanish, or both languages simultaneously, my goal is to create inclusive and engaging environments where individuals and teams can thrive and grow together.

With a deep passion for transformation, diversity, equity, inclusion, mindfulness, and neuroscience, I thrive on creating impactful learning experiences. I firmly believe that diversity fuels growth, and I'm energised by the unique perspectives that diverse groups bring to the table. In my 25 years of experience, I've honed my skills in contextualising learning for diverse audiences. I approach training with versatility, blending holistic, pragmatic, and analytical methods to meet the needs of every individual. My strength lies in helping people navigate through the sea of data and noise, connecting the dots to reveal meaningful insights.

I am a champion of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Belonging. I believe in understanding the whole individual and I strive to include neuroscience, EQ, and CQ in addition to a strengths-based approach to encourage teams and individuals to be the best version of themselves while having a fascinating impact on those they serve.

LIW walks the talk and from the moment I learned about LIW and its values, I immediately got hooked. In every initiative that I've had the opportunity to be part of, I've learned beyond any expectation. The relationships that I've built with colleagues and co-facilitators are supported by a culture of care, commitment, and exploration which energises my desire to continue to grow and be more positively impactful.
