With 22 years of diverse corporate experience under my belt, I've had the privilege of leading multiple companies across various domains such as IT, IT Enabled Services, Healthcare, Non Banking Financial Companies, and Education Technology over the past three years. My journey has been enriched with valuable insights and hands-on experience in navigating the intricacies of different industries and domains. In addition to my leadership roles, I've been actively involved in facilitation across a wide spectrum of sectors including IT, ITeS, Telecom, Pharma, Consulting, Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services, Retail, as well as Logistics and Warehousing. This breadth of experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and challenges across different industries.

I find immense joy and fulfillment in the art of facilitation—it's where my passion truly lies. Witnessing the transformative power of deep conversations and the "aha" moments that participants experience along the way is what drives me in my work.

In my work, I draw upon a blend of analytical thinking and a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives. I believe in the power of facts and data to provide a solid foundation for decision-making and problem-solving, which instills confidence in both myself and the individuals I work with.
