As the Chief Operating Officer and Director at LIW, I fill a multifaceted role that includes a diverse range of responsibilities important to our organisation's success. Central to me is the unwavering commitment to upholding and championing our values and vision, ensuring they resonate with our customers, stakeholders, and partners.With a dedication to customer and satisfaction and relationship-building, I support us to deliver products and services that meet expectations and our promise to "improve people's lives through leadership". Internally, I am passionate about sustaining a culture of collaboration, innovation, fun, and accountability. In my operational capacity, I work with a like-minded team continuously looking for efficiencies, quality, and continuous improvement. Through strategic planning and resource allocation, we work together with agility and resilience, ensuring we are equipped to meet the needs of our customers in a rapidly changing market. Additionally, my role in governance entails upholding the high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance. Collaborating closely with the Board, our team, and stakeholders, I work to implement and maintain sound governance practices.

During my career, I have gained experience in both executive and operational roles, equipping me with a good understanding of our industry and the dynamics of our business environment. I've had the privilege of working in various sectors, from construction to retail, technical services, to pharmaceuticals, and hospitality and event management. This diverse exposure has allowed me to develop a unique and pragmatic set of skills in all aspects of leadership, strategic planning, operations management, and stakeholder engagement. My journey at LIW, from the boardroom to my hands-on operational roles, has granted me a solid grasp of our industry. Working alongside talented professionals, both internally and externally, has been an enriching experience, and having the opportunity to engage with a range of clients globally, including industry leaders such as Cisco, Oracle, Telstra, Sanofi, Novartis, Macquarie Group, and Salesforce, has been invaluable. Witnessing the impact of our endeavors, whether partnering with large global corporations or supporting local SMEs, has been deeply rewarding.
