With over 20 years of corporate experience, I specialize in leadership development, team coaching, and talent development. My background is diverse, encompassing systems-inspired coaching, equine leadership, relationship coaching, yoga, and spiritual awakening practices.
Team coaching is one of my deepest passions. I’ve accumulated over 700 hours of experience in this space, alongside coaching leaders on various aspects of leadership. I believe true leadership resides within the entire system rather than in individual leaders. By unlocking the collective wisdom of client systems, I enhance overall performance, focusing on alignment, psychological safety, strengths utilization, skillful conflict behavior, team values, and change management.
