Stephen Yong

With 22 years of experience as Director of Blue Dot Learning Pte Ltd based in Singapore, I bring a wealth of expertise in leadership development and organisational learning. I transitioned into consulting roles, working as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting Canada. This experience provided me with a strong foundation in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and client engagement. My career path led me to prominent positions in the banking sector, including roles as Regional Learning Advisor at ABN AMRO Bank and Country Learning Manager at JP Morgan in Singapore. In these roles, I spearheaded initiatives to enhance learning and development programs, driving organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.

The work I love doing the most is leadership development, particularly facilitating and coaching leaders at all levels, with a special focus on first-line leaders, emerging leaders, and middle managers. I find immense fulfillment in guiding individuals through their leadership journey, helping them unlock their potential and achieve their goals.

I believe that everyone's potential to grow and excel is a self-directed choice. Each engagement is an opportunity to explore effective solutions within a safe, positive, and consultative relationship with me as your coach. I firmly believe that each person must find their own path, and as a coach and facilitator, I strive to be an authentic guide in their journey.
