As an MBA graduate, I bring a rich tapestry of experiences in organisational development, change management, and leadership to the table. Over the years, I've had the privilege of leading diverse teams spanning various industries such as retail, FMCG, government, telecommunications, real estate, and corporate sectors. With a proven track record in talent development and learning, I've navigated through dynamic environments, overseeing multi-layer teams of up to 200 individuals.

I am passionate about fostering growth, learning, and development among individuals, teams, and employees. Rooted in my values, I firmly believe in the importance of leadership at all levels of an organisation. What truly excites me is working with individuals and teams who are embarking on their leadership journey. However, I also thrive when facilitating discussions with senior managers, leveraging my ability to build strong relationships across diverse groups, irrespective of hierarchy. One of my greatest strengths lies in designing and developing learning interventions tailored for dynamic environments. Drawing from my specialised background in Organisational Development and broad business knowledge, I have a knack for creating detailed materials and delivering engaging workshops and programs. I find immense satisfaction in crafting experiences which empower individuals to unlock their full potential and thrive in their professional roles.

In my approach to coaching, facilitating, and consulting, I prioritise creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to learn and grow. Central to my philosophy is the idea of providing a safe and supportive space which values not only addressing weaknesses but also nurturing strengths. When it comes to designing interventions or providing consulting services, I rely on the principles of change management. I firmly believe that integrating change management principles into all learning initiatives is essential for fostering sustained development and fostering a culture of innovation, progress, and evolution.
