Taylor Hawkins

I have worked with organisations such as Salesforce, Coles, Google, Adidas, Paypal, the Australian National University and Ernst & Young as a consultant, coach, and facilitator. My leadership experience includes several senior leadership positions across the private and social sectors, starting two organisations, leading them, and building their teams over many years, serving as a Board Director for several organisations, and managing large-scale projects for the United Nations Foundation. My speaking experience includes engagements at United Nations conferences, The Global Parliamentary Congress, the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, and several national conferences. The industries I have worked most with include finance, consulting, retail, public sector, education, technology, the social sector, and advertising/design.

The elements of a project that bring me the greatest joy are: forging trusting relationships that allow for true creativity and having the chance to make a measurable impact. The projects that bring me the greatest joy are complex, directed at broader cultural shifts, and allow me to use both my design and facilitation skills to deliver value to our clients.

I am a strong advocate of taking a tandem approach, pairing deep subject matter expertise, research, and data with a profoundly human approach, ensuring that an emotionally informed and situationally aware lens is applied to the application of leading practice.
