In my journey, I've had the privilege to collaborate with esteemed organisations such as Ramsay Healthcare, Lendlease, St. George, Westpac, Telstra, Coles, NBN, and Lifehealthcare, where I've been deeply engaged in facilitating and coaching initiatives. Beyond corporate settings, I've also delved into the realm of education by spearheading mentoring programs in high schools, where I coordinated and supervised volunteers from the community. This diverse background has equipped me with insights into various industries and organisational contexts, enabling me to craft tailored approaches that resonate with individuals and teams across different sectors.
I find immense fulfillment in guiding individuals to elevate their awareness and grow through experiential learning and conscious decision-making processes. What I love most about my work is witnessing people make meaningful connections that open doors to new opportunities and insights. For me, the joy of collaboration and learning stems from embracing diverse perspectives and engaging in enriching dialogues that foster growth and development.
In my work, I prioritise a relational approach that prioritises the needs of individuals above processes. I believe in being present and attentive to each moment, offering support tailored to the unique needs of those I work with. Central to my philosophy is the idea of creating an environment of psychological safety where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves and sharing their perspectives. I strongly advocate for open communication and encourage individuals to articulate their thoughts and ideas freely. By giving everyone a voice, I aim to foster a culture where every individual feels valued and respected.
I'm genuinely drawn to working with LIW because of the remarkable individuals I've encountered and the exceptional programs they offer. At LIW, participants embark on a journey that is not only valuable but also deeply rewarding and inspiring.
As someone who is easy to talk to and readily provides insightful feedback, participants would say I am inclusive.
