Having spent over 16 years in the Banking, Education Services, and professional services sectors, I transitioned into the consulting and leadership training field to pursue my passion for developing leaders. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of living in 10 countries and conducting workshops in over 35 countries, allowing me to embrace diverse perspectives and cultures. My experience spans across various industries, including Banking and Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Consulting, Information Technology, FMCG, Logistics and Shipping, among others. As a facilitator and coach, I've had the opportunity to work with professionals from different backgrounds and industries, enriching my understanding of leadership dynamics and organisational challenges.

I thrive on collaborating with groups and empowering them to tap into the collective wisdom present within the room. My greatest strength lies in cultivating a positive learning atmosphere where every participant feels heard and valued. I firmly believe in creating inclusive environments where diverse perspectives flourish, leading to richer insights and impactful outcomes. As a coach, I specialise in partnering with senior leaders to help them unlock their full potential and become the effective leaders they aspire to be. I am passionate about supporting leaders in making a significant impact not only within their teams and organisations but also in the broader ecosystem they operate in.

In my approach to leadership development, I integrate three fundamental philosophies that drive impactful and engaging learning experiences:

Secondly, I firmly believe that learning should be enjoyable and engaging. By infusing elements of fun and creativity into the learning process, I strive to make sessions dynamic and memorable, sparking enthusiasm and curiosity among participants.

Lastly, I emphasise the importance of practical, application-oriented learning. It's not just about acquiring knowledge; it's about equipping individuals with the skills and tools they need to translate learning into action in real-world scenarios.
