In my professional journey, I spent a decade immersed in the dynamic world of finance, specifically with the Japanese subsidiary of an American bank. During this time, I held the role of Second Vice President within the Risk Management Group, where I specialised in trading derivative products. This experience provided me with invaluable insights into the intricacies of risk management and financial operations within a multinational banking environment. Transitioning into the realm of coaching and facilitation, I've had the privilege of collaborating with clients across a spectrum of industries. From the fast-paced realm of Financial Services to the cutting-edge innovations of IT, the precision of Manufacturing, the life-changing advancements of Pharmaceutical, and the refinement of Luxury Brands, I've had the opportunity to engage with diverse organisations and leaders.

I love offering coaching to those who would like to take time to reflect on themselves and who are eager to grow. They can be first-line leaders or executives. It is very rewarding to partner with such clients and travel together on their journey. My strength is offering a safe environment for clients to explore their internal world and also expand their boundaries. I also have a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication and help clients thrive in global business environment.

When I coach, I focus on the person and explore their values, beliefs, and feelings, as I believe that power comes from within. For the same reason, I leverage their strengths rather than fixing the problems they have. Having said that, I also challenge them to move out of their comfort zone and expand their repertoire of ways of thinking and skills.
